Technivision FZE is committed to customer satisfaction. This article explains our return policy and the warranty support available for products purchased from Technivision.

Return policy

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product was received damaged or defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The product does not match the confirmed specification in the order

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.

Please note: Products that have been opened, used, or modified may not be eligible for return unless they are confirmed defective.

How to initiate a return

  1. Contact the Technivision support team within 7 days of delivery

  2. Describe the issue and provide photos if the item is damaged

  3. Our team will review your request and confirm the next steps

  4. If approved, arrange return shipping or drop-off as instructed

  5. A replacement or refund will be processed after inspection

Warranty

All products sold by Technivision FZE are covered by the manufacturer's official warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand and product category.

  • HPE servers and storage — typically 1 to 3 years depending on model and support contract

  • Aruba networking equipment — typically 1 year limited hardware warranty

  • Laptops and desktops — typically 1 year manufacturer warranty

  • Printers — typically 1 year manufacturer warranty

  • CCTV cameras and security systems — typically 1 to 2 years

  • Monitors — typically 1 to 3 years depending on brand and model

Warranty periods and terms are confirmed at the time of quotation or on the product invoice. Extended warranty and support contracts are available for selected brands — please ask your sales representative.

How to make a warranty claim

To make a warranty claim, contact the Technivision support team with your invoice number and a description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the warranty process with the relevant manufacturer or authorized service center.

What is not covered by warranty

  • Physical damage caused by the customer

  • Water or liquid damage

  • Damage from incorrect installation or misuse

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Consumable items such as toner cartridges and batteries
